This is with reference to HDFC TATA Neu Infinity RuPay Credit Card I hold.

Total Tata Payments are Rs. 16456.90, base neucoins 247 ; Bonus neucoins 505 ; total 752 (should get 822 neucoins for spends of 16456)
Total 1mg spends are Rs. 12,463.05 ; base neucoins 187 ; bonus neucoins 285 ; total 472 (should get 623 neucoins for spends of 12463)
No bonus neucoins received for Zudio and westside.
Please tell me why is all this happening if anybody else know this too?
Also how to change the current billing cycle?

Got it, I checked.
My statement date is 23rd of every month, so what happens is since the neucoins gets transferred as monthly basis, I get neucoins of purchases made from 23rd of last month to 30th of last month. I thought where are my current month' neucoins?( 1st-23rd of current month) but for those bonus coins will be credited to my next statement cycle.. I.e. 23rd of next month.
So instead of 3rd, it comes on 23rd, since the same cannot be reflected anywhere other than mycards app.
So, now its very clear. I also cross checked technically, its 100% correct.

Just mailed them to change my billing cycle to avoid 20 days said lapse in future.
