TCS on international credit card spends

Anybody any idea is TCS being applied for credit card transactions after 1st October? I purchased a flight ticket from american airlines and paid in INR. Will it be considered as international transaction.
Also, TCS is not deducted yet. If it has to be deducted, then when will it get deducted?

Yes but my 7 lack limit is already exhausted.

It should be deducted along with the transaction itself. At least that's how it was with DCs. Maybe they haven't implemented it yet.

I'm planning to visit Thailand and Singapore next month. Can i use my Niyo debit and credit card? Will TCS be charged or any amount will be blocked even though i haven't reached 7 lakh threshold?

If you're using DCs, you won't be charged until your spends crosses the 7L threshold. CC fx spends are a grey area as of now, and no official confirmation has come out yet.

No. I have done multiple international transactions but no TCS was deducted yet.

You can use niyo sbm credit card for tcs avoid if exceeded 7lakh threshold also. I am using same works like a charm
