Technical issue with CIBIL website login (OTP auth page)

I have been facing an issue with the CIBIL website login page where they ask to enter the OTP for authentication. The box to enter the OTP does not display though I am getting the OTP on the mobile. I tried from multiple browsers, computers, mobiles, the result is still the same. Anyone else facing this?

this is happening with me since a week or two now. sometimes it sends the otp but no input box and stucks in the screen you shared

today its just stuck on that page not moving ahead, tried logout-login still same screen
 
Step to follow to workaround.
1. Click on OTP will send on your mobile no, then continue.
2. As soon as you clicked on continue, click on Resend it now. You will redirect to next page for OTP (you will receive two same otp)
3. enter otp and done.

I too faced this issue yesterday, but when I clicked Resend OTP, it showed the input box and also sent the same otp again.
this seems to worked now (atleast few times), thanks guys
