Technical problem while applying for Union Bank CC online

I tried to apply for a union bank credit card online, but there was a technical problem with your website at the middle of the application. Although I have not finished the application yet, UnionBank have marked it with a credit enquiry in my cibil. I do not want to make two enquiries for the same application , is there any way to remove the enqury from my cibil??

Last month the same thing happen with PNB
