Admins delete spam accounts based on some spam criteria from time to time. We actually get a lot of new spam accounts every day.
Mods can't delete an account, btw.

Every user has a "count" number associated. For example, for me, it is 20634. For SSV, it's 14531.

You are still an ACE (or higher soon). I know this because my clients have a couple of forums based on XenForo software (as part of backend/server, not as a mod/developer). So, I know how it works behind the scene to some extend.

When I joined TF hadn't reached 15K. So yes, this is indeed an achievement. The more people knew about DC for CC, the more they came here and the more site/app kept going down.
