Term Insurance Policy Document not received

Hello

I had purchased a term life policy from Max Life. It was issued on 20th December 2024.
I haven't received the policy document for it till now.
I am not able to download the document from website either.

I have raised to their helpdesk multiple times but no response yet.

I am told that freelook period starts from date of issuance.
It's already been almost 15 days.
I am afraid I might not have enough time to review the policy and incase of any issues, to resolve the same.

How shall I proceed ?

Where can I escalate the same to the authorities ?
Should I consider terminating the policy ?

did you write to this? they respond very fast & positively. not at all like generic customer care.

if you still face issues after that, let me know. I have contacts in Ditto.

I raised multiple times in email as well as to RM
They saying technical glitch from Max side
Keep giving deadline for resolution and then keep extending the deadline

Send email to cancel the policy... they will respond faster
