Magnus is there (2nd option), though not specific for LTF or Burgundy (M4B). Mods can make some alterations if needed.

Axis is also famous for revaluation of cards out of public interest. Finger crossed for privilege. (Updated my vote)

Axis is now offering Pre-approved LTF / high-level cards like Atlas, Visa-Infinite-range, Magnus, etc., to almost everyone.

Thanks, now a days I feel change revaluation, enhancement are all synonyms of devaluation
