the lesser credit limit on eazydiner credit card

Today I received eazydiner credit card.
& I was in shock to read that they have given a lesser credit limit than they showed online as approved. 😡
Can anyone help me with this? what should I do?
note- I haven't activated the card yet.
credit limit - Online it showed 5L & on the letter it written 2.5L.
Sadly I haven't taken any screenshots of the approved page.
& I have no other things like an email or sms that says the credit limit approved was 5L.

if you have proof of limit approved on indus website
share the ss with cc and aks them reason for same

Just shoot them an email saying you were approved for 5 online but received 2.5, what gives ? and see what they have to say, maybe they won't ask for proof and just do it.

I also had to go through something similar last year . My indusind Legend has the lowest limit among all my cards even after limit enhancement. They said you have to wait atleast 6 months before a limit enhancement but your case is different as a number was shown to you atleast. I also found that their cc executives are a little arrogant specially senior staff and they don't even sometimes reply your mail or close your case for weeks. I hope this was just my experience and they have improved now.
