The SBI Aurum application got stuck for many days

Hi, 1 month before I expressed my interest in an SBI Aurum card and 2 weeks back I got a call from the SBI Aurum dept saying that I am eligible and we need your consent for that, but since then I have not received any further notification from SBI aurum side. Does anybody know anything about the process? How much time does it take?
Note: For me, it is getting upgraded from the Sbi Simply click card.
