Hey everyone! I wanted to share how I managed to snag top-tier statuses across some of the biggest names in hotels, airlines, and car rentals. It’s been quite a journey, and I’m excited to show you how I made it happen and how you can do it too. There are other major openings into these statuses, like GHA Discovery from Mastercard or if you were able to grab Radisson Rewards Gold during its promotion.

Here’s my journey (still adding more to it):

• Radisson Rewards Gold → Best Western Diamond Elite
  Apply for Best Western status match using Radisson Rewards Gold or any other membership that accepts it.

as mentioned in the FAQs of Etihad, Vistara Gold is equivalent to Etihad Gold which is going to be valid for 3 months from the date of match. it costs $99 and you can extend it by 1 year if you take a flight with etihad's flight number. as mentioned on their FAQs Website.



You can further match statuses with other airlines or hotel chains or even car rentals using etihad or air india's status (after merger) which would really benefit you if you travel abroad while having these statuses in hand.

These are the statuses I have achieved until now. I am still waiting for my status to update with National Car on their website so that I can get other car rental memberships such as Avis and Enterprise.

Radisson Rewards Gold. (Valid upto: 08/26)



Choice Privileges Platinum Elite (Valid upto: December 31, 2025)


Best Western Diamond Elite (No Expiry Date Mentioned)


Wyandham Rewards (Valid for 90 days, extendable by completing 10 nights)


Air Astana Gold status.(valid upto:03/26)


National Car Emerald Club Executive Elite (got accepted today)

I have successfully matched to Etihad Gold from Air Astana Gold and need to fly once within 3 months to extend my membership by 1 year.

Benefits include:

• Priority check-in at Business Class
• Priority immigration
• Priority boarding
• Priority baggage handling
• Seat selection
• 15 kg extra baggage allowance
• Business Class lounge access*
• Two complimentary chauffeur services, even with economy tickets (only when traveling from/to Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi)

*I am unsure whether I will receive lounge access at the Encalm Prive Lounge in Delhi, as it specifies Business Class lounge access in Abu Dhabi. I plan to fly in December and will update accordingly.
