Transaction date or Edge Miles credit date for Monthly 2L Capping of Axis Atlas?

As per Axis Website, there is a cumulative calendar monthly spend capping of 2L to earn 5% Edge Miles.

I want to know is this capping based on transaction date or the edge miles credit date?

For example, if I spend 2L on 30th October, and I receive respective Edge Miles on 3rd November, would this capping be counted towards October or towards November?
