Transaction ID for payment made to merchant

I had made a payment thru SBI card & received an email & sms confirmation for the same. In the app & website, it is showing in unbilled transaction & in progress for last 2 days. How do I obtain the transaction ID or reference number for the same ? Why is transaction ID for any payment made to merchant not visible for any transactions made even in any of the previous statements ?
