Transaction issue with fk axis cc

I made a purchase on Flipkart for ₹245 on March 1st, 2024 using fl axis cc. However, the product was immediately canceled due to being out of stock. Although it showed that the refund was completed on March 4th, but I have yet to receive the refund in my credit card account. Upon contacting customer care, I was informed that the money was never credited to the Flipkart seller's account, as it was stuck, and was referred to it as a 'void' transaction. They advised me to contact the bank. Upon checking my Axis App, I noticed that the transaction is still marked as 'in process' since March 1st. How to get the refund, I think I am trapped.

Not to worry too much..
Because of the computerised systems, nothing will be disappeared in the air.
Sometimes it takes time to reconcile these kind of transactions.
You will get all your money back.
Just keep sms and email notifications of transactions safe.. you don't need them generally but in case needed you can present them ...
One thing for sure, you will get all your money back in full in due course just rake it easy and have a wonderful sleep tonight and every night...
