Transaction not settled after 3 working days

Hi,
I did a successful UPI transaction at a shop worth ₹1477 from my ICICI Coral Rupay on 3rd January and the merchant received instantly as well. But the transaction is not yet settled in my account. It's not even reflecting in unbilled transactions (though I have noticed the upi transactions in icici card doesn't show up in unbilled).

Usually Rupay upi transactions on icici are settled instantly, if not within next day at max. I asked icici about it, they're saying sometimes merchant's bank may take longer, if they don't settle it with 15 to 21 days then the blocked limit will be released.

I had done another transaction of ₹105 at same shop on 1st January, it settled next day as usual. I have paid the bill and no issues with limit. Still, what are my options here? Should I be worried?

Don't worry.. mostly it will be settled soon .. sometimes delays happen..

Mine once settled after 7 days! It can happen, don't need to worry it will resolve on it's own.
Always good to keep watch on transactions though.

Dw. Icici sometimes takes time. Even merchant deails arent clear. Sometime instead of merchant name, it shows some random number. In this matter axis is best. Once you pay, it shows up in unfilled transaction. Hdfc takes few minutes. But shows different time in text, mail and transaction history in app.

For some reason, the rupay cc upi transactions never show up in unbilled transaction in icici. Rather, it's sometimes settled instantly and reflect in statement instantly like regular bank upi transactions. Rest of the time it reflects within a day. This one is taking longer. As members suggested nothing to worry, I will just wait and see when it settles.
