For past 2 months, I'm unable to do any transaction using my IndusInd Select Visa Signature Debit card.
The transaction is failing without any SMS. Mastercard is working fine on same account.
Will the transaction settings on Visa card is correct and I've done transactions last year without any issues.
What could be the reason?
I'm unable to reach Customer Care on call as in getting only IVR options and no actual agent to answer my query.
