Hotel Points Transfer Partners for The Leela?

Hi,

Is there any way to convert CC points to Leela Discovery Dollars points through Credit Cards in India?

Or transfer from any other Loyalty Programs? Or any status match possibility?

None that are known right now.
Status march you can try mailing them, but then still not known whether they would

Leela Hotels are part of GHA Discovery Program which has a chunk of hotels associated with it.
From India Leela, Oaks, Araiya are part of the program.

Mastercard World Elite has Titanium fast track (even now).
I got it with my Citi Prestige after engaging with a Hong Kong rep on email and call.

Titanium gives welcome amenity (bf too in some cases) + upgrades + lounge access etc.
I've twice received GHA Dollars ($50 & $25) for free.
Can be used against stay, food, experiences etc.

When I called Leela Bengaluru about the program and its benefits for Titanium, they seemed clueless.

I think some of the international hotel partners of GHA are more in sync with the program.
Some, possibly Indian ones, need some tutoring.
