Transfer SBI Home Branch Issue

I am trying to transfer my SBI Home Branch from netbanking. It says OD facility is enabled on this account. Kindly contact your branch for account transfer.



I hate visiting the home branch. Its super crowded and for everything the tellers ask to talk to the branch manager. Stand in queue to talk to the teller and then again stand in queue to talk to the branch manager. Can't OD facility be disabled online or via app?

What is the escalation matrix for SBI? I tried emailing everyone mentioned in their website. Either no one cares to respond or gives canned responses.

Try emailing the local branch, you can easily Google the email address. They may ask you to send ID etc.

Both the email and phone number of my branch mentioned in monthly bank statement are defunct.

Atleast Bina OD ke SBI transfer karne deta hai home branch, not like BOB ki sirf request dalke branch jao with address proof.

Try Googling the email address or you can call local branch, I used to work in SBI back in the days and we used to receive requests on emails

Googling doesn't return anything different from what is there in the monthly statement. Also it is well known that the format for SBI branch email id is sbi.<Branch Code>@sbi.co.in
