Axis Magnus Travel Edge Portal showing 0 points.

Hi,
My Travel Edge portal is loading extremely slowly and shows 0 points. Yesterday I had 100k plus points. Edge Rewards portal doesn’t open only.
See the same issue on my wife’s account as well.
Is anyone else facing this issue?

Yes you are right, both were working fine last night.
Traveledge is opening and showing 0 points and 0 miles while Edge rewards is not opening right now.
must be a maintenance issue

Yes they have to update the portal to correct the Burgundy limitation on point transfer

30 minutes back it was fine

I've been facing the same issue since 22nd Dec 2023. I have more than 1.50 Lac edge rewards stuck because their travel edge portal has been showing me 0 points since then. This happened a month after I upgraded to Burgundy Magnus.

I have called customer care, sent 50+ emails, contacted my RM, threatened to close my account, written on twitter and finally raised a complaint with the Ombudsman 10 days ago... still no relief!

Can someone please help?
