Traveledge Escalation for refund

I had booked a flight ticket on Dec 31st via traveledge. There was an error in the booking. I called them on the same day and they said they can 'void' the ticket with no charge as it is the same day. I went ahead with it and they confirmed on phone that the ticket is voided. The PNR is also not there with the airline and is not showing any booking against it.

I have not received any confirmation email of the ticket being 'void' by Traveledge. The ticket is showing up in upcoming travel on their platform. I have not received any refund yet.

I have emailed them which do not get any response. Whenever I call them they only give an assurance that the backend team will respond in a day.

What are my options for escalation?

Traveledge atleast takes 21 days for refund
 
As long as the PNR isn't generted, you should be safe.

Also, since the CC confirmed the cancellation, it shouldn't get generated anyway but just keep an eye.
TravelEdge can often take long to process the refunds, keep catching up weekly with the CC and you should receive the refund soon.
