TravelEdge Points Transfer Error

Can anyone tell me how can I transfer the normal EDGE REWARD POINTS to any airline partner, because It only allows me to transfer my MAGNUS BURGANDY EARNED Points to transfer.

Also, if I dont have Magnus Burgandy Points that the moment I reach to the Travel edge transfer points page, it logs me out.

Can anyone share an alternative way of transferring my normal edge reward points to Airlines ? Tried from App and web already.

Points will get transfered from normal edge to magnus point bucket after you make transfers on portal

U need to move ER to MB bucket then u can transfer at 5:4 Ratio.

Yes for the internal Edge Rewards movement
