Axis Reserve Tried a lot but unable to find a way to apply for Axis Reserve

Hello,

I am currently a holder of Magnus and the Vistara Infinite cards, and am wanting to apply for Reserve. But for some reason, I am struggling to find a way to do so.

- The website CC application doesn't show Reserve after I fill in all the details (tried various income levels here too to ensure that this is not the cause).
- The application via the app (Apply Now -> Credit Card) keeps giving a technical error.
- The "Apply Now" button on the Reserve page gives a number for a missed call callback (tried, no sucess) or a form to fill for a call which keeps giving this message ("Dear Customer, thank you for your interest in Axis Bank Credit Card. In light of the current situation, we are unable to address your request on immediate basis however we are committed in delivering the best customer service and will get in touch with you at the earliest to take this request forward. Thank you for your patience and support.")

Finally, I emailed premium.experience@axisbank.com and they too redirected to the above options only. What am I missing here?

I am ideally looking to apply on a C2C basis (Magnus / Vistara Infinite joint limit or a HDFC CC limit).

C2c can be done via a branch nearby
 
Haven't had the time to go to a branch / try the airport route yet. There appears to be no online way of going about this unfortunately.
Yes. As per the information shared by Agent at Airport. Axis is not allowing any online way for Reserve card. The best option available now is from airport as it is high charge or the top card from Axis.
 
In Delhi, is this domestic T3 departure?

And if it's being done in person, then I am guessing need to carry a soft copy (PDF) or printout of CC statement of another card with the requisite credit limit (4 lacs +)?
 
Call up customer care and ask them to upgrade your Vistara Infinite card if its limit is above 6 lakhs. Your Vistara card will also remain active as they are on different rewards platform.
I myself did it this way and it works. The best part is that there’s no CIBIL hit and the card starts showing up in the app immediately after you disconnect the call.

Just to be clear, you're saying that a Vistara Infinite upgrade means upgrading to Reserve?
And if yes, does it work if the Vistara card itself is < 1 year old and the credit limit is a combined one with Magnus (above 6 lacs)? Thanks
 
Yes. If your card (magnus or vistara) is older than 90 days, it can be easily upgraded to Reserve. No issues at all.

This worked like a charm. Just do so for your Vistara card (not Magnus) as in that case, both cards stay active. Also, once on the call the upgrade is confirmed, please check your online account to make the card appears on it right there and then while on call. During my first attempt, everything was done, but the new card did not appear on my account. When I called back the next day, they said there was no ugprade in process - repeated the same process as the previous call and this time it did.

FWIW I had contacted Mr Vimal (whom others have mentioned above) and he was most helpful in responding to my queries via WhatsApp and fixing up a time to send an executive for documents collection (other bank CC statement for C2C). But since the phone call worked, I did not have to pursue that any further.

So you upgraded your VI to Reserve and the statement of another card can be used for c2c? What was the required limit for existing or supporting card?
