Trying to get SBI cashback but being offered simplysave or BPCL instead, accept or not?

have prime vistara soon to be discontinued.

tried to raise and escalate support ticket to get SBI cashback, but they are are offering Simplysave/BPCL instead

should i keep trying for Cashback or accept one of the options offered?
