Dear Twid Pay Support Team,
I am facing an issue while redeeming my IndusInd Bank credit card reward points through Twid Pay. Although I have a total of 20,000 + 20,000 points in my IndusInd Bank credit card account, I am only able to use 300 points for redemption.
As per IndusInd Bank's terms and conditions, I should be able to use up to 25% of the total amount via reward points and pay the remaining 75% using my IndusInd Bank credit card. However, this is not happening in my case.
I have attempted the transaction via Paidkiya app using my registered mobile number 934061****, but I am unable to use my full eligible reward points.
Kindly look into this matter and provide a resolution at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt response.

We would like to inform you that you cannot use all your available reward points at once. This will vary from one program to another and is governed by the terms and conditions of every individual program. It generally depends on the total bill value and your points balance.
