Twid - pay with rewards issue

Hello TF Community,
Yesterday when I am checking my Twid pay account no points showing in my account, I have points of indusind bank, supercoin and zillion, nothing is showing, is anyone facing the same issue or faced the same issue earlier, please reply how it can be fixed, I have mailed to the customer support yesterday but no reply came till now..

Once try now, it might be server issue.

That is not wallet.

Via pay with rewards, you can redeem rewards of certain institution reward programs.
