Axis Credit Card Two Axis Airtel Card, possible?

I have Airtel Axis Visa card. Now axis app is showing Preapproved Airtel Axis Mastercard.
Just curious, is it possible for me to have 2 Airtel cards in different networks just like ICICI Coral?
