Two virtual rupay credit cards generated

I have requested for LTF virtual credit card of yes bank using the link below link as well as through iris app. Two virtual cards have been generated with different numbers.

Are these virtual rupay cards treated separately from other physical cards? Do they have separate limit or shared limit?
Is it better to take an additional virtual rupay card? or convert the existing visa/master card to rupay variant?
