So here's the issue
I have my sister in law I am trying to get SBI Card application through via Sprint. In KYC (last section), it asks for digilocker access. I put it in like 30 times now since last thursday, either OTP doesn't come or digilocker gives technical issue when inputting OTP. Even going into digilocker, and refreshing aadhar card, it gives error. I checked on X(Twitter) and many people kept complaining the same aswell in last few days.
Anyways, 2nd issue, I am trying to get IDFC account opened for my brother. everytime I put in OTP for aadhar, it gives error like this SS below
I am sick of this. This is happening from last 1 week. I tried to get acc opened in my dad's name then and same issue. My RM said it's coz "aadhar and pan isn't linked" so she says she will send a guy to our shop and open it "offline"(which basically is kinda only only), and the guy comes, puts aadhar and same error is thrown with fingerprint auth. He says aadhar pan isn't linked. I am not sure abt my dad/brother but I know 100% my aadhar/PAN is LINKED. So I tell the guy to open my acc (just to check), from his tablet and he tries with fingerprint auth and same freaking issue!!! He said my aadhar pan isn't linked too LOL, and that is just not the case. I think it's not fault of SBI or IDFC, it is the fault of aadhar/UIDAI. This is irritating the shit out of me.
Did someone face the similar issue????
