Axis Atlas Unable to access International lounge for more than 1 person at a time

Hey,
i was at an international lounge yesterday and when i went to scan the qr code for the atlas lounge programme, it says that only 1 session can be used at a time. like wtf. if i want to take guests you cant do that.
this error pops up
while i already have free visits/unused visits available.
this is like really shitty.
is this normal ? shouldnt i be able to use whatever amount at my will ?

Close the app and clear the cache or even clear the data if you can get OTP to re login

I have planned to use 4 international (1+3 guests) next month. Axis scared people now.

I didn't open in chrome OP did it and I don't know how.

The axis app doesnt open if you dont have a sim card. Sim card was on the other phone. Logged into netbanking via hotspot then accessed the page

Later put the simcard and then did the same thing. Had the same error msg.
Logged into net banking via laptop then alsonthe same error came.
Axis was fukall. Now this is even worse. Its bloody frustrating. Honestly.

You need to login to the axis mobile app using only one mobile handset

Yep. That is the problem. You (the primary user) is already counted as 1. The additional guests counter should be 1 minus the total available visits.

yes didnt realize. next time will keep in mind. but stupid way of doing things. why complicate something like a priority pass which just needs to be swiped. anywyas.

if you login from another one it may not accept

logged in from my phone only. but probably the headcount method messed it up. anyways. thnx for all the help. axis is really blood sucking nowadays.
