Unable to add Care health insurance as a biller in Tata neu app, kindly suggest what to do, payment is around 15k

While I don't use Tata Neu app, May I ask how's ur experience with care till date?

In which yr are u currently and any claim experience in past?

Seeing many negative comments on X and other platforms, reason for still continuing with them?

Hey, this is the first year renewal for me, so can't comment much on its performance.

P.S.- I know someone who works with ditto, so they told me to go for it. Can recommend to speak to them for better clarification.
