Unable to apply for Bank of Baroda credit card online since last month

I am trying to apply for a BOB credit card online using the https://cardonline.bobcard.co.in/ website, but I am getting the following error after clicking on the Generate OTP button on the very first page.



Is anyone facing the same issue? I have been trying for the last month and always getting the same error. I tried clearing the browser cache and incognito mode and also tried from different PCs. Nothing worked. Getting the same error message everywhere.

Did anyone apply for a BoB credit card recently online? What is the way around, if any, of this error message?

Change email and mob number. If still not resolved apply offline or email crm

I tried using different email IDs and phone numbers but got the same error. I have emailed their customer care. Waiting for their reply.
