Unable to apply for Idfc credit card

Applied for idfc cards, pin unserviceable. Customer care confirmed and did something backend. Now shows only wow card ..refused the same and no every time I apply it just says wait or unable to apply. Also have idfc classic account but there too no offer anytime.

their system has logged that you applied and refused, so it won't allow you to apply again till the cooling period is over. ask the customer care to reset it for you.

No cooling period is not necessary, you can apply again for wow card. But they make 2 cibil enquiry

Their system is so f**kd up that after applying on June 22, it is still showing we can't offer you card on banks internal policies. Its been almost an year.

in my experience, idfc is least concerned about onboarding and retaining customers.

Mine just says unable to process after I enter the OTP.. tried with bith of my numbers.. they should update their systems considering all the features they are giving on banking.

I tried with 2 numbers.. I dont want to try with my parents numbers coz they have their own idfc bank linked with that number.. and dont want bank to link the credit card to their account IDs.. I dont really think it will happen coz it should link with my pan number.. but still... Idfc should update their systems.. I mean people have said that they are waiting for 8 months and still they are not able to get forward after providing otp on the page.

Same thing was happening with me .
I bought a new sim and my card was approved but still it was linked to my savings account and then later I changed my registered mobile no.
