Unable to apply for Kotak Leauge Credit Card

I tried applying for Kotak League Credit card ltf. The application asked for my mobile number and otp and then I receive this message, I have been observing this for several days.

Has anyone else faced this issue? And anything I can do to overcome this?

You can try contacting customer care, they will assist you or send you the link to apply via sms.
Alternatively you can try applying physically at the branch.
If you have a Kotak account try applying through the mobile app
