It's weird, I was trying to book rixos premium jbr dubai for an upcoming trip and paying in points + small amount cc but it keeps showing oops, it's not you it's us, we are working hard to resolve....
To be exact I select the room, the price type/category and select the amount of points to use them add a credit card, press accept terms and when I press the final book button it shows a loading indicator and then this error shows up.
Has anyone seen this message before? It's been happening since Saturday and their customer care is clueless.
