After sending multiple emails they called me and said 2 things. 1st is offer is expired means I can't add my father as an add-on on, but I can add another family member. 2nd is an internal policy
I strictly said there are no such criteria for add-on and that what does offer expires means. And there are no criteria written on the app. I need it for my father only because of some offers which require only at the store then only we can activate and use it. And later got the below email
"As per our telephone conversation, we wish to inform you that the application for the addon card holder is expired and we won't be able to provide the application to him as of now. However, this is after considering multiple factors and the internal policies. Also as we are bound by our policies, it won't be possible for us to convey why and how any user got an invitation to OneCard or disclose the reason for the offer expired.
Please be assured that your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to addressing the issues you raised. We will do everything possible to ensure a better experience for you in the future. As soon as we have an offer available, we will notify you about the application."
Should I complain to RBI regarding this? They are not giving me an exact reason.
