unable to do online transaction on ICICI sapphiro amex

iam trying to pay insurance premium online using sapphiro amex card.

If I use billdesk as gateway, it does not allow me more than 3 digits to input as CVV (the card has 4 digits).

if I use Paytm gateway, it shows that maestro debit cards are not allowed, when I enter the first 4 digits.

how to make a transaction? I was thinking of using this card for getting the activation benefit of 750 upon 20k spends.

if you have amex sapphiro you must be having mastercard card as well as it is a dual variant card
try transaction with it

the 750 cashback on 20k is not there in MC I think:

somehow that particular policy is not visible on Amazon. also, gv can be added only 10k per month (non-kyc limit maybe). the insurance premium is greater than that.

in the ICICI app, it was showing the leading 0 by default, so I was copying it as it is
