Unable to get IDFC credit card

Hi,
I have savings account with IDFC with AMB of 25k. Also have a 2 wheeler loan with them.
I hold credit cards almost from all banks with limits upto 5L on each.
I just get an option to apply for FD Backed card that's it.
Unable to get any other unsecured card

A little off topic query regarding this specific sentence.

Does the 2 wheeler loan show up as a secured loan in your CIBIL report or as an unsecured loan?
