Unable to get refund Paytm

I had paid Bob credit card via AU bank debit card via Paytm. The tx was successful but Bob rejected the amount. Now paytm has refunded but au bank doesn't show refund. I am unable to reach cc of paytm. Please help.

U don't get the refund right away. 3-5 business days it takes.

Really waste of time as for bbps they don't connect to customer care

Maybe he paid excess amount so bob rejected the payment.

No bill was 44 k and i was transferring 20k only

so u mean part payment was rejected by BOB .. Generally BBPS supported cards require full payment....

No part payments are supported via Paytm. Even bbps too via hdfc billpay
