Unable to get Times Prime membership with HSBC Card

Hi

I am a holder of HSBC Visa Platinum Card which recently got powered by Visa Signature. I received an email confirming the same.

I am trying to avail free Times Prime membership which was promised alongwith the card but I am unable to redeem it. It cards the card not eligible on entering the last six digits of my card.
