Unable to join JAL - issue with name

I'm unable to join JAL since I have only Given Name in passport (which has my surname as well).

It is asking me to put it exactly as it is on my passport.

Should I put them in separately anyway? Did anyone face this issue?

Call Jal and ask them. It should be similar to the process how JAL handles ticket bookings for people with only First Name and no Surname.

yes, when i contacted them to book an award ticket without surname, they suggested like this
