Unable to link Turkish miles account on travel edge

Hi Guys,
The travel edge portal is not allowing me to link Turkish miles&more account.
The portal asks for first two capital alphabets and thereafter 9 digits, but stop accepting anything after two capitals & 7 digits.
It doesn't accept as many.
Has anyone faced this? What did you do to overcome this, please advise.

Same issue here, mailed them, no reply yet since last 2 days.

I was able to link mine on May 7, and can also confirm the page on the mobile app is accepting TK<9 number id>.
Try that and report back?

Its error from AXIS end only.
