Unable to make payment on Smartbuy

When I am trying to purchase anything on smartbuy portal using my infinia card, I am seeing error 500:
Sorry, the page you were looking for is temporarily not available.

This happens on the checkout page. Anyone else facing this and what would be the solution.

Have tried multiple times and with different web browsers. Customer support is taking too long to reply to my complaint on email. Phone support doesn't know the resolution.

I had this and along with this, I also had another issue, the moment I swipe to make the payment, immediately it will show payment failed and not show up the OTP page.

This happened with me on iPhone app.

Spoke with support and nothing was done. Eventually it has stopped and is working normally for me. i have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well.

Which app did you try. I can't see any app for smartbuy on the app store.
