Axis Magnus Unable to open edge rewards from app

I am trying to open reward points in axis mobile app. But it is not loading. I am facing this issue from past 2days. I can access other tabs like credit card etc. Anyone facing same issue?

I tried to login through travel edge...but it requires customer id to login. How can we login using credit card details?

Send CUSTIDCC last 4 digits of your credit card to 56161600 to get the customer ID of your credit card. Then login using that.
