Unable to open indusind zero balance, customer care is saying that you have Paytm payment bank , indusind Bank have partnered with Paytm payment bank,
Existing customer cannot open zero balance account .

It happens if you previously have booked fd with PPBL which is partnered with suryoday SFB and indusind bank
