Unable to pay BOB credit card since yesterday, my bill last date is today (05 Aug)

I paid my BOB cc bill yesterday through Cred, but after half an hour, paid amount got reversed to my source account. Also I tried paying the bill on Airtel thanks, its not fetching the bill, I tried other platforms as wel, nothing is working. Kindly let me know how can i pay my BOB cc bill to avoid late payment fee. The last date of bill payment is 5th Aug.....

This happened to me also....i also tried all platforms, nothing worked... Finally i paid my bill through BOB mobile app....in the app also, it is not showing billed due, we need to enter the amount and pay...

Yes, it has been happening since Aug 1st. It seems to have been fixed atleast in BoB Card app as earlier even the due amount was not being shown.

You can pay via BoB Card app payment section which uses BillDesk as its last date.

If the due amount is still not shown to you, use custom amount payment option, input amount and pay.

In case of such emergencies, direct NEFT always works. Especially useful for people having no other relationship with the Bank except CC.

Sorry to be replying late. Don't know specifically about BOB (have no relationship with them). But the place to look would be the bank's documents detailing various ways to pay the bill. You could even ask them directly. I've seen it in documents for all banks I have CCs with. Obviously, can't really vouch for every bank.

I had made a payment for my BoB Eterna bill through HDFC Bill Pay on 21st November 2024. Bill Payment reference number is generated and HDFC account was also debited but surprisingly till now Eterna Card account is not credited. BoB and HDFC both are clueless and amount of Rs 56000 has vanished.I have escalated to crm@bobcard.co.in but they are asking for 5 days to resolve. I made payments for Eterna, Snapdeal and Energie cards but only Eterna is not credited. If this is the level of support from BoB, better to close the cards. It is not worth wasting my precious time over non credit of Payment in 5 days. Maybe they are using some ancient technology which they are unable to solve and track.
