Unable to pay electricity bill using tata neu infinity credit card

Hi Guys, I have just noticed that I cannot pay my electricity bill using tata neu infinity credit Card any longer as it doesn't appear under payment methods. Please see the screenshot.
My electricity provider is MSEDCL. Can you check for other providers if you have any?

This is a huge disappointment as I used to get 5% cashback on bill payments. Now that it has been removed, I will have to find alternatives.

I have a Swiggy hdfc card. How about paying bills on Amazon. Since the card offers 5% cashback, it would fit.

Paid on 14 July from Tata Neu Infinity CC, was working fine for me

Update: I wrote them a complaint email after which it seems to be fixed. I could see the credit card payment option now. Also just made a successful bill payment.

I tried paying the electricity bill today on Tata neu app getting CC option as well, on entering the OTP it's again redirecting to payment page , amount got deducted but bill wasn't paid ?? Can someone help me how to fix this and when will I get my refund The amount was 5818 * 2.
Tweeted about it Tata neu told try after 5 hrs but second time also failed this is huge disappointed can some help ? @Everybody

Just got Neu Infinity. Do we get the 1.5% cashback on UPI only when done via TataUPI (and is TataNeu also the app for TataUPI?)??
