Unable to pay rent through Cred

Today I tried paying rent through Cred app but it's asking for Rent agreement or receipt, which I don't have.

Every month I used to pay without receipt only but this is first time happed to me.

I had paid my roommates's rent of 45000 already this month through Cred app.

Now even I am trying to pay 2500 only which is still less than 50k in total, but it's not allowing me to pay.

Can someone tell me is this happening with others or Only with me?

What of you try as selecting it as a Maintenance/Brokerage ?

It happens with me also.....After a certain amount they ask for rent agreement and also in case of tution fees they ask for receipt and all

Is there any limit ? If yes then does it resets after every month?

You can try uploading an empty or blank PDF .

Maximum I did 45000 in a month and as per my experience it resets after each month
