Unable to re-add my AMEX cc in HDFC biller section

My AMEX Trifecta got removed from the biller list along with my Axis Airtel CC. Was able to re-add the Axis Airtel but unable to do the same for AMEX. Tried via mobile app, it still shows AMEX , but gives " Invalid Biller" error message. Anyone else facing this issue?

HDFC removed All Non BBPS CC Billers from Bill Pay and Payzapp.

Even SBI Unipay which is using Billdesk Services for Non BBPS Billers not working .🤣

Pay Directly via IMPS/UPI/NEFT till they are onboarded on BBPS.

HSBC and Amex users are most affected from this move of Billdesk🤣

Tried paying 4k for my Amex CC via Sbi Unipay, transaction failed but amount debited. Any idea how long refund takes ?

I tried a payment today morning amount got debited showing success but its not settled status shows processing. Guess it will be returned back to source via CRED

No sadly it doesn't. My friend paid 60k cc bill via cred with HDFC platinum card for this and got nothing
