IndusInd customer care IVR on the
It starts with 4 options (Banking, Credit Card, etc..) then goes on to verify account details via OTP. Inside the main menu, we can find options such as remaining balance, transaction history, FD modification etc.. but NO option to contact human agent for separate issues.
Want your takes on this. Branch and RM are useless, I can't even access customer care now.
On emailing, some automated SR gets generated but no work or acknowledgement is done.
Whom do I contact in this radio silence for my issues?
