Unable to reach human agent via IndusInd Customer Care new IVR

Unable to reach any human agents for credit card or banking issues.

It starts with 4 options (Banking, Credit Card, etc..) then goes on to verify account details via OTP. Inside the main menu, we can find options such as remaining balance, transaction history, FD modification etc.. but NO option to contact human agent for separate issues.


Want your takes on this. Branch and RM are useless, I can't even access customer care now.

On emailing, some automated SR gets generated but no work or acknowledgement is done.

Whom do I contact in this radio silence for my issues?

Yes all are facing same Might be they discontinued talk with exicutive over the telephonic call.

I just dialed the first number. I got options for Banking, Credit Card etc. Pressed 1. Then i got option for language, i pressed 1. Now the very first option is to speak with the customer representative.

Are you Pioneer/Excl/Grande/Solitaire Cust?

If you are, then it's because you get dedicated support bundled with your account. Issues start from Select/Maxima/Care/Partner/Max Savings etc lineup.

As far as I know most people here would be like me, Select+Legend paired up or Excl+Pinnacle paired up.
