Unable to receive money via UPI - Kotak

Hi,
I opened Kotak 811 account recently, but since past 15-20 days, I’m unable to receive money via UPI
Whenever someone tries to send money to this account, they get error on paytm - Payment declined due to risk policy of UPI, or on other apps, it says payment failed due to transaction limits said
I’m unable to even transfer using my own self other account

It’s worth noting that debit are working fine, only credit transactions are issue
Transaction limits are not breached and when I called customer care, they said there are no restrictions and everything is working fine
I even escalated to nodal officer but they are also emphasing that no restrictions are placed and every channel is working for my account
I am tired escalating this again and again, nor they are able to figure it out what’s the issue nor me

What should I do? Is there anyways I could get this issue fixed or I should just accept this and close this account?
 
Hail Kotak, I’ve been using Kotak for the past 5 years. I love the app because I never have to visit a branch. However, the worst thing about Kotak is their customer support. When you visit the bank, they tell you to call customer care. But when you call customer care, they seem to have zero knowledge. First, you have to listen to their ads on a paid call, and only then will they address your query. If they can’t understand your issue, they say it’s escalated, and resolution will take 3 to 4 working days. Meanwhile, they try to sell you their policies during the call, which you’re on chargeable call. And to top it off, they keep calling you for feedback about their customer support. If you don’t respond, they’ll keep calling every evening until they get feedback.
 
But Whatsup with their UPI? They are blaming NPCI that they are creating issue with UPI. UPI transactions don’t go through, this is so irritating and they don’t even give timeline by when will this issue get resolved

It randomly started working in April, worked till June first week, and now I'm facing the issue again. I feel this issue is from kotak directly and not some account related issue
 
Yeah, there’s some AI which NPCI uses to block. Some sort of score. Mail nodal officer with screenshots of error and ask them to escalate to NPCI. They will fix it
