I opened Kotak 811 account recently, but since past 15-20 days, I’m unable to receive money via UPI
Whenever someone tries to send money to this account, they get error on paytm - Payment declined due to risk policy of UPI, or on other apps, it says payment failed due to transaction limits said
I’m unable to even transfer using my own self other account
It’s worth noting that debit are working fine, only credit transactions are issue
Transaction limits are not breached and when I called customer care, they said there are no restrictions and everything is working fine
I even escalated to nodal officer but they are also emphasing that no restrictions are placed and every channel is working for my account
I am tired escalating this again and again, nor they are able to figure it out what’s the issue nor me
What should I do? Is there anyways I could get this issue fixed or I should just accept this and close this account?
