I have purchased an audible voucher on 15-Dec using axis giftedge portal. As I was unable to redeem, I have raised a concern with gyftr support immediately with the error, the voucher got expired on 31-Dec before the issue is supposed to be resolved. Despite a month, I am still unable to use the voucher after endless calls and waiting, voucher expired, and no response on if the issue will be resolved. They mentioned that there is no option to cancel the voucher and get a refund, did any one here face such issue before? How do we resolve it?
